Member Listings

There is a lot to choose from out there!  Visiting builders' websites is a great way to develop a short list.  Almost all new home builders in the GTA are members of our association so why not search our member listings - it's a great shortcut to their websites!

Warranty

TarionEvery new home builder in the province is required to be licensed with Tarion (formerly known as the Ontario New Home Warranty Program or ONHWP) .  Tarion is a private corporation that was established in 1976 to protect the rights of new home buyers.  Every new home builder must possess a registration certificate, and each house must be enrolled in the program.  The program offers a number of protections for homebuyers.  Visit their website to learn more about what is covered, or to search for a builder and review their warranty track record.
